Discovery and Inquiry Based Learning

Students in the junior year levels take part in a play-based learning program, known as 'Discovery Time.'

It is a time when students are able to choose their own play mates and their own activities.

Through a structured fortnightly program, students are encouraged to reflect and present their own ideas and thinking as key focus children in the Discovery Time sessions.

We believe that learning through play is important in the development of the whole child as it helps to foster problem solving, creativity, perseverance and appropriate social skills in children.
