Learning at Home for Remote Learning

At Home Learning Platforms at Mother of God School

Mother of God School has in place a robust digital technology infrastructure to help deliver digital At Home Learning for students and families in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Each of the digital platforms below provides students with a way to access their Home Learning set by their teachers.

Our teachers will continue to provide at home learning activities to our students in the form of print out activities and digital activities in Seesaw.

We invite our students to have a go at completing them with their parent's supervision.

All official communications between staff and students or parents will use the @mogardeer.catholic.edu.au gmail account provided.

Student Portal for students to access digital resources for their at home learning (ie: Gmail, Seesaw, Sunshine Online, Google).

All digital At Home learning activities will be delivered through the student's Seesaw Class app. Seesaw Class is available on iPads, laptops (web browser) and mobile phones.

Please ensure you have downloaded the Seesaw Class app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store and used the corresponding Home Learning Seesaw QR Code to connect and receive your child's Seesaw activities. Please see your child's teacher regarding your child's home learning QR code for Seesaw.

Google Drive enables staff and students to collaborate, plan and share Google documents.

Supporting Parents with At Home Learning using Seesaw

We have created two tutorial videos to help support parents with using the Seesaw Class App to help their child complete remote learning activities at home.

We encourage our parents and students to watch them.
